Never thought of your kitchen as a laboratory? At Mad Kitchen Science, it is! We'll turn cooking into hands-on experiments that are as delicious as they are educational. Campers will explore the science behind food, from yeast in pizza dough to the chemistry of rising cakes and the biology of homemade ricotta. They’ll mix, measure, and test their creations, seeing firsthand how science comes alive in the kitchen. DNA in strawberries? Glow-in-the dark spinach? Challenges, experiments, and taste-testing keep every day exciting and engaging. By the end of the week, campers will leave with a mini lab full of tasty experiments and the confidence to bring kitchen science home.
