Become a stock-making expert! In this hands-on session, we'll start by crafting a flavorful vegetable stock from scratch, teaching you the essentials of making a good base for any soup. You'll learn how to select the right vegetables, herbs, and seasoning to create a rich and aromatic stock. Then, we'll take our freshly made stock and transform it into a delicious, Vegetable Ramen. This class isn't just about following recipes; it's about understanding the fundamentals of flavor building and the joys of cooking from scratch. By the end of the session, you'll have the skills to elevate any soup or stew with your homemade stock.

Our classes are designed to inspire and empower participants to explore the world of cooking, master new techniques, and create mouthwatering dishes at all ages! Complete with fun themes and passionate instructors, our diverse range of classes offers something for everyone.

We are an educational facility and DO NOT allow the food prepared during class to be taken outside of our facility, but we do allow time for our chefs to enjoy their creations!
