Travel to France with us as we learn the art of classic crepe-making! Students will mix and prepare their own silky batter, practice proper pan technique, and cook crepes to achieve delicate, tender crepes with lightly golden edges. We’ll prepare both savory chicken crepes and sweet strawberry crepes, exploring how the same base recipe can transform into two completely different dishes.
