Join us as we “travel” across different regions of the U.S., discovering iconic, region-specific recipes—from bagels in the Northeast to enchiladas in the Southwest. Each day is packed with hands-on cooking, tasty experiments, and a chance to learn the stories behind these beloved dishes. We’ll wrap up the week with a festive indoor 4th of July “backyard BBQ,” complete with all the classic favorites and a fun, patriotic celebration.
