Food Truck - Pasta Bites is based on collaboration! Your group will be divided into teams to create the next up-and-coming Filled Pasta and/or Cannoli Truck on the block. The teams will need to devise a food truck business plan, including a name, logo, a short backstory, and create their top-selling dishes. They will then pitch their ideas to judges in hopes of securing a deal. |
The Mystery Basket will challenge your chefs to bring their creative A-game. They will be given a variety of ingredients and several different recipes to guide them, but the rest is up to them. Teams will have to create an entrée and a dessert to share with the group. |
