Come sauce Like a Boss with us this week as we stir up fun in the studio with scratch made sauces every day! We’ll learn about the “five mother sauces” (bechamel, espagnole, hollandaise, tomato and velouté) and how they differ based on their main ingredient and thickening agent! Our menu this week includes Mac & Cheese with a Roux sauce, Homemade Marinara Sauce, Western and Eastern BBQ Sauces, Pizza with Homemade Tomato Sauce, Burritos with Nacho Cheese Sauce, Baked Egg Rolls & Polynesian Sauce, Molten Lava Cakes with Chocolate Honey Fudge Sauce, Mini Apple Pie Empanadas with Caramel Sauce plus more yummy sauces!
Camps: Teacher Workday, Summer & School Break Camp
Designed to provide a fun, educational, and hands-on experience, our camps offer young chefs the opportunity to explore the world of cooking, learn essential culinary skills, and unleash their imagination in the kitchen. From budding chefs to aspiring foodies, our camps cater to children of all ages and skill levels, promising a memorable and delicious adventure.
Regular Camp Hours: 9 am to 3 pm. Extended hours are available, beginning at 8 am and ending as late as 4 pm for an additional fee. Please see below for the late or early drop off charge. There are no refunds or credits for camps days missed.
The Lil Chefs (ages 5-7) will be attending camp in our back kitchen with a total of 16 campers. They will be sitting 4 to a table. In the front kitchen, we will have our Tween Chefs (ages 8-12) and we will have 4 tables of 4 for a total of 16 campers.
Refunds will be honored until April 14th ONLY, with a $40 cancellation fee, PER WEEK registered! There will be NO REFUNDS after that date.
