This week, we will focus on two of the five Mother Sauces: Bechamel and Veloute. Students will learn the foundations of these classic sauces and practice making them from scratch. We’ll explore how to pair Bechamel with Fettuccini and Veloute with skillet chicken to enhance the flavors.
