This week, we’ll focus on cooking pork tenderloin, paired with the 5th and final mother sauce, Espagnole. Students will learn about different cuts of pork and how to properly cook tenderloin to ensure it’s tender and flavorful. We’ll also make roasted sweet potatoes and bacon, practicing how to peel the potatoes and continue developing knife skills.
