This week, we’ll focus on chicken breasts, learning how to prepare and cook them using a skillet. Students will make Teriyaki Chicken Skewers and chicken dumplings, while also learning the basics of marinating and basting chicken. We will briefly cover the different types of chicken meat available, but the main focus will be on working with chicken breasts
