This week, we’ll explore the versatility of eggs, focusing on how to cook them in different styles, with an emphasis on frying. Students will learn to make Eggs Benedict with a rich, homemade Hollandaise sauce and perfect their skills by cracking, frying, and flipping eggs. We’ll also prepare country-style hashbrowns, practicing knife skills while chopping potatoes.
