This week, we’ll dive into the art of creating homemade dressings, starting with a classic creamy ranch and zesty vinaigrette. Students will prepare a Cobb Salad with traditional toppings, including homemade croutons, and also make a Bacon Ranch Pasta with a freshly made ranch dressing.
