Learn to make Green Bean Casserole completely from scratch with a creamy mushroom sauce and crispy shallot topping, plus a beautiful Sweet Potato Gratin layered with sage and Parmesan. You’ll master blanching, cream sauces, layering, baking and make-ahead techniques that make holiday entertaining easier.

Family Cooking Events! Fun for the whole family! Come experience cooking together in our hands-on cooking class for the family. You'll make two recipes that you'll get to enjoy together. Family events require 1 registration per family member.
Family events require 1 registration per family member. Food allergies and preferences that require ingredient substitutions cannot be guaranteed in all events. We often use meat, flour, and dairy and in some cases these can be easily substituted and in other cases they cannot. Please contact the studio before booking.
