From making candy to correctly cooking meats to their appropriate temperatures, each type of thermometer is used to create and safely make dishes. Today’s class will create Pan Fried Chicken and Saltwater Taffy and participants will be able to use what they learned with thermometers to create these delightful recipes safely and effectively!
