Step inside an Italian bakery and discover the art of dough and desserts! Chefs will practice rolling out dough for rustic piadina flatbreads and master the creaming method while whipping up light, fluffy Italian Cream Cupcakes. Along the way, they’ll learn the secret to cutting fat into dry ingredients for perfectly tender results — just like a true Italian baker!
