Cancellation Policy September-May Camps: If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before the event, a refund less a $10 service fee per registration will be given when notice is received in writing. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event, including no-shows and cancellations due to illness, are non-refundable and the registration fee cannot be applied to a future event. Cancellation Policy June-August Camps: If you need to cancel your camp reservation, we will provide partial refunds as outlined below: January 1 to April 14: You may cancel your registration and receive a refund less a $25.00 service fee per registration when notice is received in writing. Please note that if you are cancelling two or more registrations, there will be a service fee for each one. April 15 to 30 days prior to the first day of camp: You may cancel your registration and receive a refund for 50% per registration when notice is received in writing. 30 days prior to the first day of camp: No changes, transfers, refunds or credits will be permitted within 30 days of the first day of camp. This includes no-shows and cancellations due to illness. If you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your spot to another participant of the appropriate age for that camp. Please note that if you choose to transfer your registration more than 30 days prior to the start of camp, you will not receive a refund. Written notice must be sent to Flour Power Rea Farms prior to the start of camp for this transfer to be processed. Flour Power is not responsible for finding a replacement participant. We cannot offer partial refunds for days that a child cannot attend camp due to illness or other reasons. Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances: We aim to provide uninterrupted fun, but should we need to cancel camp, we will extend a Flour Power credit to be used for any program at Flour Power Rea Farms within six months.
