Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before the event, a refund less a $10 service fee will be given when notice is received in writing. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event, including no-shows and cancellations due to illness, are non-refundable and the registration fee cannot be applied to a future event. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant. Please note that if you choose to transfer your registration, you will not receive a refund for the original fee. Written notice must be sent to Flour Power Rea Farms prior to the event for this transfer to be processed. Flour Power is not responsible for finding a replacement participant.
