Mastering basic knife skills is one of the most essential parts of cooking, along with keeping your knives sharp. A sharp knife not only allows you to work faster, but safer. Join us for a four-week course in knife skills. Week 2 we will be continuing to practice our skills while making Tomato basil bruschetta and Ratatouille

Our classes are designed to inspire and empower participants to explore the world of cooking, master new techniques, and create mouthwatering dishes at all ages! Complete with fun themes and passionate instructors, our diverse range of classes offers something for everyone.
